1. Staying within their industry - not some acquisiton away from what TOX know
2. TOX to becoem Australia's leading waste maangement company - who would ahve thought all those years ago when the oppies were 0.004 (I HAD 500,000 of them - ahhhhh - 10 cent strike!!)
3. $8M to EBITDA - that's HUGE!!!
4. Barry Bros - well estabilished - wide National reach
5. Purchase price $25M or 3x EBIT
