"Of all my stocks ILU is the only one that is not going down."
That's a very good reason to sell out as a trader, as the other stocks are likely to have reached undervalued status.
Most of the research analysts have fair value set out much higher levels for various company's. In the current market, it's easy to find stocks that are trading at 1/2 to a 1/4 of the forecast share price.
