I agree with your thoughts in regard to the stock stabilising. I have been tracking this one for some time now. It looks like $2.00 to current levels ($2.20) is forming a strong support base. Valuations excluding that of SWERF are in the order of $3.20 (or thereabouts).
Looks like the stock has been oversold and may start rising close to valuation level in the next weeks/months.
