I bought today,not so much that I am an oiler expert but as you mentioned the market cap and the general excellent buzz about the area that ADX has from the people whom I consider to be qualified in the oiler area.

Audax is run by qualified people with previous runs on the board/pipeline infrustructure in general area/promising 3d seismics.

I figured that with a market cap of around 6-8 and the recent news on the way the money is to be raised, then it was worth a punt that good news was a real possibility

Also there will be further flow of news eventually from surrounding areas that come with the purchase.

Just have a touch of the Jed Clampett feeling in me bones-
