    % does not make any sense now as sp is so low. It has to be 2X or 3X etc. Hopefully we will have update on Monday before market open. If update is trustworthy or if they secured some investor for equity at 10cents or above or parner in projects then only SP will rise and slowly increase else it will be good old Pump & Dump.
