My opinion is that they have made no constructive ann. the one on the 27/1 was nothing and I believe with the free options coming to the holders around middle March the price will continue as the options are for I think 30c that have to be exercised later this year. So I think closer to them being given out the positive ann. will come and hopefully they will skyrocket. My opinion anyway, could be right, could be wrong. sort it for yourself.
