yes it was from a newsletter which 1000's subscribe to, therefore its the usual pump and dump situation! Pay for cheap subscription services get 1000's of subscribers and you get above average trades/volumes as a result. Those that recommend the stock have purchased days ago so they are making $$$ out of it all. quite legal but unethical??
