I must admit I've never understood the psychology of investors...

I must admit I've never understood the psychology of investors who choose to wait until a share overhang is exhausted prior to buying in (but I've accepted it as common behaviour) - especially in circumstances like this. In this case the consensus is ANO is cheap, but there is a 30m share wall suppressing the price and potential new buyer activity. Assuming this is indeed the cause (I do), to me this is like having the following conversation.

Seller: Here have some free money, I need to get rid of it.
Buyer: How much of it do you have?
Seller: Lots.
Buyer: Anyone else interested?
Seller: No not yet, they might be soon though.
Buyer: Come back to me when someone else wants it, or better yet when you're close to running out.
Seller: That's what everyone keeps saying.

To me, this conversaion is exactly whats playing out with ANO. Everyone is waiting, dancing close to the door, thinking they'll get in before the pot empties. After all, theres no benefit in being first. So in a self fulfilling prophecy the stock goes nowhere. In my opinion, this will make the final rush into ANO all the more spectacular because as is always the case, large crowds and small doors don't mix. Anyway like I said, I accept it but just don't get it - so I'm buying a few extra tickets to the show in the meantime.
