I agree fully with what you are saying about management being top heavy and under delivering for the last 3 years. Personally i don`t have much faith in Cedric or the rest of the board for that matter.
The only thing that is keeping me involved with this company is that the directors have put alot of their money on the line also.
Maybe things do really take this long to achieve a result in India? Who knows. I would love it if these directors, Cedric included, could prove this to be the case.

If, and it`s a big IF, they can pull this off and start producing a product in India and then on sell on good terms, then there will be a serious re-rating of this stock. I still feel that the coal permits in Australia are to act as a sweatner for an investor, hopefully one with deep pockets and can speed things up abit.
