What's wrong with the market - - it awards crazy-high p/es to so many undeserving companies and yet pcg, which has been churning out EBIT growth over 50% for about the last five years has to put up with a p/e around 10.
PCG is beautifully diversified in industry and region and product. It even invents new products! It has a genius by the name of Jamie Cullen running it who is young and will probably continue to run it for ages; it has minimal debt; strong prospects looking forward and most of its net tangible assets are accounted for by a pile of ugly shaped metal that will never go out of fashion, or fall apart or depreciate in value. How many companies can boast of that?
PCG just needs one broker to get behind it and promote the shares and they could quickly get re-rated.
I think today's result was so strong that maybe the re-rating will happen this time.
