Yes Harm, FTI is currently investigating ways to restructure but they have been for 3 months, and yet company is till trading, surely if everything was a total mess , it would be all over by now. If I remember correctly FTI is only working in UK, employed by MN , who have no presence there. MN appointed by banking syndicate and once again have been pouring over figures for at least 3 months, no major announcement after 3 months..maybe bad or maybe good..4 weeks until we find out.
