    could be takeover. that would be good for GIR. But at $5 a share? Try $10 instead. RHI is very tightly held and I think any suitor would need to offer a substantail premium to the last share price of $4.90.

    $10 a share woudl add $66M to GIR's kitty. Now we're talking!!
