After DD sign off .. We don't really have anything more than what we already know, but the certainty that it is going ahead ... MC around 50 -60
Once drills are mobilised , maybe a bit more ... say MC of 70
Prove the historical figures ... I can't even start to guess ... I do know that it would be a lot more,
My Opinion..... Let's hope step 1 comes in as expected , and step 2 is tabled at the same time
