Now on the other hand management has proven themselves to be honourable in their dealings (cough cough ) even with their Chinese walls set up between
Management and a capital raising company
Could they possibly be waiting just for the ink to dry before going ahead?
I mean they only had one job to do management even gave a date for it to be completed by?
Would that mean those in the know could be profiting from the temporary delay?
