    I can't figure it out either.

    Luckily I got hit for some SHX yesterday at $0.215, intended to add to my GRY but I think this one will be interesting either way.

    Personally I think the merger will be blocked, they only have 30 days to reach 90% approval, I don't think they'll do it. What it has done however is focus the spotlight on SHX, there very well could be others circling.
