(Bloomberg) -- Petrobras board also approved terminating ongoing divestment processes that haven’t been signed, according to regulatory filing.
- Divestment projects maintained: NTS sale, Liquigas sale, Petroquimica Suape and Citepe sale
- Projects that will be considered for new portfolio: transfer of rights of onshore fields, shallow water areas in Sergipe and Ceara states, Bauna and Tartaruga Verde fields, BR Distribuidora stake sale, Saint Malo field in Gulf of Mexico stake sale
- Projects that get included in new divestment portfolio and are eligible will have sale process started in up to 2 weeks
- Announcement to the market will follow
- Co. reaffirms divestment target of $21b in 2017-18
