We need someone attending the forthcoming AGM to ask some pertinent questions:

Q1. would there be any relationship between the AGM Resolutions 6, 7 and 8 and the current low SP?
Q2 is there a plan to employ a suitably qualified MD ie with business acumen, energy and a sense of purpose who can get MGY off the merry go round of grab/rock pick sampling?
Q3 who authorised the sale of EGZ shares and why?
Q4 MGY has cash so why are the directions including the outgoing MD being paid in shares that are conveniently at very low prices?
Q5 Have all of the outstanding legal issues with past staff been resolved, if not, what is the plan to progress the issues?
Q6 How can EGZ make a discovery on MGY land and in just over 12 months define the graphite asset, start on a BFS, recruit staff, get a pilot operations up and running, be well advanced on obtaining funds etc etc while MGY in the same time span has achived relatively little ?
Q7 What is the future of MGY and if anything by when?
