You see that occasionally on stocks on Commsec now due to the hybrid feed they have from ASX and Chi-X - sometimes the offer on one exchange matches the bid on the other, but there's no direct match on either. Usually doesn't last long as the market moves and the price discovery mechanism between the two exchanges sorts the discrepancy
