Up-to-date NAV?

Hi all,

Looking at purchasing an initial tranche of ARF after heavily investing in VAP over the years. A few questions, is there a source I can get the latest NAV/NAT? I note it was provided in the FY22 report in August, but can't find a more recent estimate?:

In addition, having gone back through a few years worth of posts for HotCopper users (and putting the ownership bias aside), seems like there is decent consensus of ARF's quality relative to other REITs available. As such, curious to understand why ARF's P/E is around 4, whilst VAP is above 7. Any insight would be much appreciated!
