The MA's for $230,000 pa for FIVE years PLUS CPI,with a Company associated with one of the largest shareholder, the Companies also pay this Shareholder rent of + $110,000 per annum for a desk ( maybe) they do not even have individual phone numbers there are 4 ASX companies I have identified that all have the same Management and Rent agreements, all have the same phone number 08 9481 7833. You think they would at least show some semblance of independence and for the money charged go the extra cost of dedicated phone numbers, they are after all ASX companies. Now they are all issung a bunch of shares which will go to them and their cohorts, watering down evryone but the chosen few, this money will be dissapated paying Directors, Management Fees and Rent, there has been no work done for the last twelve months, just a rehash of the previous Managements Announcements.
