the best thing is to have all those that dont wont in ,out!! i think its been great to see how many people sell for so cheap, would be a bargain to strip out , if you had time to chop it up,i agree it should be in the low sixties at least. as long as umc keeps going up this is a no brainer,you wont get this for doing nothing.
