    baloney-

Actual result has got very little to do with MD, when you integrate companies it's always the middle management that make or break it....that and your supplier support.

Plus it normally takes about 6 months to bed down an aquisition (6-12 months for one, and they did two at once)....weeding out management/sales, etc who are no good and replacing them, then fine tuning business to move forward- sure they were over ambitous in there forecasts and the result speaks (albeit part of that can be atributed to NEC products not keeping up with market- and hence why we see tele-IP moving to multi vendor and protecting furture loss of sales against it), but revenue's are far greater than they were a year ago.... if it dosen't perform by this next qtr then I tend to think we really do have something wrong...be interesting to see how this qtr is panning out as it's traditionally the best in the PBX/networking market

beam is run by michael Capocchi not by Ian May, and stratasonde they are divesting- it no longer costs them anything and they guys involved are still working on it..... so it's still at the moment owned by Tele-IP but paid for by others...
