This is old news. If DJ just got hold of this info today it just goes to show how far behind the times they are on ree issues.
Just to recap, this statement was released about one month ago. I contacted Lynas at the time and they
were aware but not concerned about this matter.
Based on todays developments it appears the 7 months commenced after the initial application in june 2010.
