RIO kicks off the big end of town reporting season tomorrow and we have an EARLY (and I stress early) potentially set-up for tomorrow.
At the moment, the AUD is being hammered - down 75 points so far - and the futures are indicating a strong night in New York. If these two hold, we end up with the proverbial (positive) double whammy for RIO's share price tomorrow ahead of its (after market close) profit announcement.
For any Eliott Wave people out there, this would be a perfect set up for a short / sharp fifth wave for this movement with a maximum price target of $34.52.
Just a few thoughts and observations to tuck away when considering possible price direction for RIO over the next couple of days.
