re: 1 million buyer!! I have owned IMD in the past. The problem with IMD is that management in the past have never been able to live up to expectations. I consider IMD a dog, its been trading on ridiculous multiples for yonks now. Maybe, just maybe IMD has turned the corner. Their latest report was pretty good, and some TA friends of mine like the chart, if it can can crack 25c.

New TOX management have consistently lived up to expectations. So I guess why it is demanding more interest. Value is a funny thing, whats more funny is the market and what it does with that perceived value.
