re: a question Pretty easy 500million shares at 7c equals $35million market cap (fullydiluted) Less about $6million ($3million from option conversion and $3million from operating cashflow) leaves market cap of around $29million. Forecast base case EBITDA of $3million give a roughly 10xEBITDA multiple. They wont have to pay tax, and they have been very conservative in the past, plus all the growth avenues they have outlined, although TOX has run hard, its not that expensive, and there is still plenty of value there. The real re-rating will happen once they confirm growth path to the market. I hold heaps of options.
