    I was just curious.

    IMD, which I am a fan of, is currently on a probable FY06 EBITDA multiple of 3.5, although it has net debt of maybe $4 million. It will however likely pay a FF divvie in FY06. It is probably on steady 20% NPAT growth path for FY06 and 07.

    Funny old thing, value, isn't it?
