I decided to start a new thread after reading the week-end posts this morning.

I don't start many threads considering just how many posts I have made over the years since becoming a HC member.
With a new thread I won't be seen to be agreeing with, or disagreeing with any particular posters.

First up, I think that the delay in announcing any off-take agreement is a non- argument, as the whole deal has changed from the time any estimate was given regarding any details of said possible agreement.
The possible off-take has increased exponentially since it was originally hinted at and, therefore the time expected for any announcement of any deal will naturally be extended in order to allow the extra drilling, assays and talks.

How many companies, that you can think of, have had the possible off-take partner pay for the drilling? None I bet.
This would have saved PIO millions of dollars.

I really wonder sometimes just how much effort some people put into thinking about their investment in PIO and, just how much reading they do regarding company announcements. There is very little that is not explained by reading through the company announcements and, just thinking, in detail, about what is said and reading a little between the lines.

The other thing is the subject of criticism of some for using BIG WORDS.
I have had this criticism leveled at me on a few occasions and I think it is a sign of our very poor education system that has devolved over the last 20 years.
I have been told, on the odd occasion on HC, that I should use words that can be understood more easily by readers.

    To that I say crap!!

I would think that readers would just type the word into Google to see what it means, rather than show their own lack of knowledge. It seems to be the modern, socialistic way to try to drag the better performers back to the level of the lesser performers to make the lesser performers feel better about themselves. It is like giving "participation ribbons" to those who run last in races at school.

I would have a bloody draw full of ribbons if I got one for every-time I ran last in a race. To me, if I ran second last I felt as if I had bloody well won, however, I never once was critical of the people who filled the placings in the race. When we do that we end up with a cheating cricket team.

All I want is a very successful and prosperous PIO.
