Downramping usually starts after the stock has peaked and the downrampers want to come in and buy up cheaper, so they talk the stock down reaady for the next leg up.....LOL
VLA looking good....trades are good and more buyers coming on board....I think that those that get out today for a profit will re-enter again on news....So we will see those guys again..IMO
