Hi Big Bill Brown,

Thank you for the analysis of OGC gold mining operation.

What is your opinion on the agreement between MOD and OGC at Sam's Creek.

What do you think is the reason behind this agreement.

If this was a profitable venture, why did OGC not investigated it themselves rather than giving the exploration rights to MOD. The management of MOD seems to know what they are doing based on their experience.

If OGC knows that they have low supply mines, what explains this action of giving MOD rights to earn on such potential mine site ?

Other questions:

a.)could it be political as Miles Kennedy has a strong connection in building mines in NZ specially when dealing with environmentalist ?

b.) Will there be a possibility of shipping ore concentrate from Sam's creek to one of OGC gold processing facility ?

c.) Will there be a possibility of a reverse takeover of MOD should all the hurdle (approval, mining permits, technology, infrastructure access to the site) been ticked ?
