If there is a discounted cap raising open only to institutional investors (i.e. everyone else gets diluted) will you then start questioning? Or will you just roll on and say, "this is great news, as the additional funds will see us through until MM/YY"... ignoring the fact everyone would've just been diluted because management was not able to generate any substantial revenue over the past few years?
