This happens very frequently.Suppose there is always two sides to s story. For longer term holders you would assume pre cap raise pump a good thing, means raising at a higher price, hence less dilution. There are companies out there begging for a pre-cap pump. Ones that are struggling to get anywhere near full take up.
Ones that get burnt are usually the traders without the inside knowledge.Has happened to me. I would guess raise will be somewhat less than closing price today.
