Someone starts buying early and the day traders take over. Its the initial buying that is suspect but you cant stop someone from buying stock.
I cant see a problem with a pump before a capital raising. What ever the price, a cap raising will be done at a discount. Might as well be from a higher base. And don't forget, the brokers placing the stock would like the SP to stay above the placement price so there should be some support at these higher prices.
I'm guessing raising at 6c but 6.5c would be better.
