Just reading the AGM presentation.
So it's a SPP.
They are suggesting that this will satisfy the cash requirements for achieving profitability by 2015. Although the wording does no rule out further placements/raisings.
The wording about tuna resumption sounds like it is definitely back on the agenda, question is only timing.
