I'm not privy to any inside information , but over 75 million shares traded over 6 trading days, all above the proposed cap raise price of 3.2 cents? Surely people in the know would have sold into this more heavily knowing a 50% discount to the pre trading halt price was imminent.
My uneducated guess is 200 million at 5.5 cents. ( hoping!
