Yes,CEO said they are mediating at the moment as they are sure the fault was with the supplier, but it will take some time. I asked if there was a contingency for legal expenses and the reply was that they are mindful of spending shareholders funds. I replied it's not good to "win the battle and lose the war" which all agreed on. The MD then said they are exploring other ways to persue this but would say no more. They have now contracted other suppliers.
