in saying that i feel sure that RM won't raise more capital until such time as axiom have a clear idea on the isabel tenements. the investor who stumped up $4m would be pretty annoyed if they raised more capital @ circa 18c before any gov decision on the way forward for isabel.

im much more of the opinion that news on isabel isn't far away as noted in the letter to the asx. first of all a news letter states buy up to 16c, next few days sp goes as high as 24.5c. where there is smoke there is fire eg someone has got a pretty good tip news on the way and covered their buying up with a dodgy call in a newsletter.
