How?
Company A without having to notify has assumed 40% of Iconic Australian Pastorlist Company B without the bidding starting at 20%.
What makes you think the rest will be in the interests of shareholders?
You do realise that Company A has funded this with Con Notes thereby making it unattractive to other forms of Finance.
Company A has a Board seat and would insist that debts are paid down before Dividends. To me the stumbling Strong block.
I am unsure why apart from Brexit but our previous partners are looking to strip Australia as we are the last Continent with the capability to produce and sell.
So much for the Commonwealth.
