Boss is on the money about posts on HC Cliff...but also be very wary of what VRC put out as announcements ...study them carefully.... and try to understand what they 'don't mean' has proven to be closer to the mark for the past 18 months...the Co has not achieved many of their announced planning goals in Q4 and Stage 1 looks as though it is not going to start on schedule. However, as Boss stated, those 3 points are achievable and it may well be a good time to get on this stock...
