There are many long term holders that read this forum; many have found that keeping a close eye on information and sentiment allows them to trade a proportion of their holding in order to accumulate at a lower total cost. If successful, they can graduate to the class of ADY holder that can actually get good sleep at night, worrying less about ADY's vicious volatility and the long wait.

I'm not in that category, unfortunately! I will hold, but also read what others post, and occasionally "waste my time" by contributing.
