this home owners club is like almost exclusive ...except for a few waywood ones.....
the majority hold on no matter what.....a few of our brothers and sisters fall by the wayside....in the hard times....and then we have a few delinquent ones...who should never have joined in the first place...
we buy and sell and hold and do all sorts of things in the club....but mostly we all do OK in the long term...become mini millionaires along the way...its a good life, provides a terrific lifestyle, and the benefits for retirement are second to none... its a great club to be in cheers brothers and sisters
