I think this really needs an agreement on the infrastructure developments for the mid-west, when locations and details are sorted out, the emerging mid-west iron ore producers will be able to negotiate with certainty on electricity. Not sure when the exact timing is for that, but a lot of pressure will be building in the run up to iron ore negotiations with the Chinese under the hammer. Opening the mid-west region is their best option.
