AverageJoe. They will be ok for cash in the short-medium term. There is $10m sitting there for them to drawdown if required. They will probably use this as a last resort.
Right now they are looking to raise cash via other options that would result in less shares being issued in the long run. But worse comes to worse and they can't find an investor, they still have the $10m to drawdown.
