    good news today. 4 centres still up for grabs worh another possible $1b. I also recall reading somewhere they had 4 centres in New Zealand up for sale. Even if they achieve 10% below book value -then that is very good considering
    credit crunch and decreasing residential and commercial
    property values since the book values were calculated.
