Its quiet natural and i have seen it in TLM a few times.
Someone wanst in buys aggressively for a few days usually on the open and after lunch driving the SP up, then once they are done buying the buying volume and momentum is lost and it declines in low volumes.
Not sure if its a pump and dump as more stock is purchased on the rise which seems to indicate a positin is being sought. it could be inside money who knows but if it was you woudl expect a week or two for thing sto cool off before an announcement, i sold out at 1.20 and will palce an order in eth 90's with a tight stop loss.
