I wonder are we now going to enjoy a slow bit by bit decline back to the 3.90s?
Only thing of note abuot MSB so far is that it hasn't really had its wild swings for some time. It mostly just seems to hang around 5.00 and slowly little bit by little bit move downward.
Could just indicate a wait and see approach with the end of year coming around pretty quick and given the MSB promised a p3 announcement in their annual report and updates on japan I guess thats no surrpise.
I'm not mistaken am I? As I recall I think MSB did say they would be lodging application before end of year.
