A few questions if you don't mind?
You say 'this chart needs to to build to the upside'. Can you flesh that out a little?
We are right on uptrend and right under downtrend. Its looking very stable. Buy Sell is levelling out...
Given the green day on the market I'd (naturaly) love to see it go, but it certainly isn't...
What would you expect to see? And in what timeframe?
And what would be a bad sign, other than the bleeding obvious?
