ASIC DETERMINATION (Ann of 15/09)
Padbury Mining Limited (ASX PDY) (Company) advises that an ASIC Delegate has made
a determination pursuant to S713(6) of the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act) which
excludes the company from relying upon S713 (special prospectus content rules for
continuously quoted securities) of the Act until 1 May 2015.
The practical effect of the determination is that the Company will be required to issue a
full prospectus for any capital raisings rather than being able to use a short form
prospectus under S713 until 1 May 2015.

No more than a .. well...not even much of a slapped wrist that they got from ASIC except a reminder that they should issue full details for any CR (ie: be honest about things) for a few months. After that then ? Well, lets see if they might get s/h support for any CR first...which is highly unlikely imo. The 1st May 2015 date is probably determined by the amount of cash they had left on the 15th last month
