The bump up in the SP could relate to a number of things, but it is a a small rise and with this stock the SP generally falls back down again pretty quickly.

A Sale by these jokers is vastly overdue, so if it is a Sale it would be decent news. However, if the SP rise was in fact linked to a pending Sales Ann .... then those share purchase transactions would be based on insider information which is illegal. Not that many people get caught these days.

I'm wondering if the recent purchases that facilitated the SP bump may have been a few folk who went starry eyed over reading about Alcore, without understanding the poor track record of this Company.

Will be interesting to see over the next week or so, if any Sales have been made, or if indeed the Company has actually done any action at all.
