The 100,000 buyer at 5.1 cents is having trouble getting his order filled. Someone initially sold him a few at 4.6 cents, then he bought up 10,000 at 5.7 cents then reset his order to 5.1. Orders coming in over the top of him. Some news would be welcome. It's a long time between updates.
